Mode of Selection – Rajasthan Driver Recruitment 2025-26
Written Examination
This is the first and most important stage of selection.
Candidates must score the minimum qualifying marks (cut-off) decided by RSSB.
The written exam tests general knowledge, traffic rules, basic vehicle knowledge, and reasoning ability.
Driving Skill Test
Candidates who qualify the written exam are called for a driving/skill test.
In this stage, practical driving skills, vehicle handling, and road safety awareness are checked.
Document Verification
After clearing the skill test, candidates must appear for document verification.
Original documents related to age, education, category, and driving licence are verified.
Final Merit List
A final merit list is prepared based on performance in the written exam and skill test, as per RSSB rules.
Candidates whose names appear in the final merit list are selected for appointment.
