• Age Relaxation
• SC/ST candidates are eligible for 5 years of relaxation, meaning the upper age limit for them is 35 years.

• Educational Qualification
• Applicants must have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
•  Work Experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Bank, NBFC, or any financial institution is required. Candidates with relevant experience in sales, business development, or banking operations will be preferred.
• Nationality
• The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• Candidates should ensure that they meet all the above eligibility requirements before applying, as incomplete or ineligible applications may be rejected during the selection process.

• Selection for the Junior Officer / Business Promotion Officer role includes two stages:
• Group Discussion (initial screening stage)
• Personal Interview 

The selection process for the Junior Officer / Business Promotion Officer post at South Indian Bank will be conducted in two main stages. First, shortlisted candidates will be called for a Group Discussion (GD) to assess their communication skills, confidence, and overall suitability for the role. Candidates who successfully clear the group discussion will then appear for a Personal Interview, where their professional knowledge, experience, and personality will be evaluated. Final selection will be based on performance in these stages and fulfillment of eligibility conditions..
