As per the official notification released by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), the online application process for the Marketing Division Apprentice posts will begin on 2 March 2026. Interested and eligible candidates must complete their registration before the last date, 9 March 2026 (up to 5:00 PM). Applicants should also ensure that they meet all eligibility conditions as on 28 February 2026, which is the cut-off date for age and qualification criteria. Since the application window is short, candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute technical issues

IOCL Marketing Division Notification 2026 : Age Limit

Total Post

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 24 years

• Technician Apprentice: 3-year Diploma in Engineering with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
• Trade Apprentice: Matriculation + 2-year ITI in a relevant trade.
• Graduate Apprentice: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
• Data Entry Operator: Class 12th pass with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
• Important notes:
• Only regular, full-time courses are eligible.
• Candidates with higher education such as B.Tech, MBA, MCA, LLB, CA, or equivalent cannot apply.

• Register and complete the application form before 9 March 2026.
• Enter all academic, personal, and contact details accurately.
• Upload required documents in the correct format.
• Take a printout of the submitted form for future referenc

The selection process begins with a preliminary exam, which is qualifying in nature. Candidates who clear prelims appear for the main exam. After clearing mains, candidates must pass the language proficiency test (if applicable). Final selection is based mainly on main exam performance.
