• Visit the official website of the Reserve Bank of India.
• On the homepage, find and click on the “RBI Assistant Recruitment 2026” notification link.
• Select the Apply Online option and start the registration process.
• Enter basic details such as name, email ID, mobile number, and date of birth to create your account.
• After registration, log in using your registration number and password.
• Fill in the application form with your personal details, educational qualifications, and address information carefully.
• Upload the required documents such as photograph, signature, and other necessary certificates in the prescribed format.
• Pay the application fee online through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

• Preliminary Examination
• The first stage is an online objective test. It contains 100 questions for 100 marks, and candidates will get 60 minutes to complete the 
• 2. Main Examination
• Candidates who qualify for the preliminary exam will appear for the main examination. This exam consists of 200 questions carrying 200 marks and has a duration of 135 minutes. 
• 3. Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
• Candidates who clear the main exam must appear for a Language Proficiency Test in the official or local language of the state they applied for. Only candidates who qualify in this test will be considered for final selection.
