| Ground Duty (Technical) Branch | 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics (minimum 50% marks) AND BE/B.Tech or equivalent four-year engineering degree in a relevant discipline (minimum 60% marks), OR. Cleared Sections A & B of the Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (India)/Aeronautical Society with minimum 60% marks. Aavedan These roles include technical management and engineering duties within IAF operations. |
| Ground Duty (Non-Technical) Branches | Administration & Logistics Graduation in any discipline (minimum 60% marks) from a recognized university OR Cleared Sections A & B of Associate Membership (Engineering/Aeronautical Society) with minimum 60%. |

| NCC Special Entry (For Flying Branch Only) | Candidates holding the NCC Air Wing Senior Division “C” Certificate can apply for the Flying Branch (both men and women). The age and educational criteria largely follow the Flying Branch rules, with CPL holders having the same age relaxation. |
