Bachelor of Design (B.Des)	12th pass from a recognized board (or equivalent diploma); must meet age criteria
Bachelor of Fashion Technology (B.F.Tech.)	12th pass with Mathematics (or relevant diploma); must meet age criteria
Master of Design (M.Des.)	Bachelor’s degree or 3-year diploma from a recognized institution
Master of Fashion Management (M.F.M.)	Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma from NIFT/NID
Master of Fashion Technology (M.F.Tech.)	B.F.Tech or B.E./B.Tech degree from a recognized institution
B.Des (Artisan Category)	12th pass or equivalent diploma plus a valid Artisan Card

Undergraduate (UG) Courses

B.Des: Candidates must take the GAT, CAT, and Situation Test.
B.F.Tech: Only the GAT is required.
Marks are allotted as follows:
CAT: 50%
GAT: 30%
Situation Test: 20%
Postgraduate (PG) Courses
M.Des: GAT + CAT + Personal Interview
M.F.M and M.F.Tech: GAT + Personal Interview
Negative marking is applicable:
+1 mark for each correct answer
-0.25 mark for each wrong answer
0 for unattempted questions
